Deleting your CRM Online data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, whether you are on a free trial, subscribed, or have stopped using the service.
How to ask
Email info@crmonline.co.za from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my data”, and tell us your CRM address (for example yourcompany.crmonline.co.za). If you cannot email from that address, open a support ticket at crmonline.co.za/support/ and we will verify you another way.
What we do
We confirm the request with you, give you the chance to download a copy first, then delete your CRM and its database, and remove your files and backups within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records for tax purposes.
Deleting only WhatsApp messages
If you want us to stop using WhatsApp and delete the WhatsApp conversation we hold, reply STOP on WhatsApp or email us as above and say “WhatsApp only”.
What happens automatically
If you stop paying, nothing is deleted straight away: your CRM becomes read-only, your data stays available to download, and we email you dated warnings before anything is archived or removed.
